How do I connect my Ozlo Sleepbuds to Bluetooth?

Your Sleepbuds are part of the Ozlo Sleep System and must connect through the Ozlo App – it’s the only way to power the system. The App links to the Ozlo Case, which uses environmental data (sound, temp, light) to fine-tune your sleep experience.

How do I fix audio dropouts or Bluetooth disconnects with my Sleepbuds?

1) Check your audio source (i.e. streaming audio from an app; built-in masking sounds, etc.) & see if issue persists (this usually solves it.) 2) Keep phone a few inches away from Ozlo case. 3) Update firmware in app. 4) Reboot case (close lid 30s.)

Can I stream anything?

Yes. Sleepbuds can stream anything (Netflix, Spotify, Audible, Youtube, Calm etc) that a normal bluetooth headphone can.

Do Ozlo Sleepbuds have an alarm?

Yes, Sleepbuds have a built-in private alarm which can be set up through the Ozlo app. The alarm doesn’t require the phone to be connected, and still works even in bluetooth disabled mode.

Can Ozlo Sleepbuds take phone calls?

While there is a microphone in the charging case (to assess the noise level in your sleeping environment), there is no microphone to support phone calls.
