Why is there sound only in one ear when using the headphones?

This issue is often caused by the headphone plug not being fully inserted. Please ensure the plug is firmly pushed into the port until you hear a “click” or feel it securely in place, as a loose connection can cause sound on one side only.

Is it compatible with my iPhone 15?

No, it is equipped with a AUX 3.5mm jack. iPhone 15 has a USB-C port and you can choose Resolve-C.
